The prawns are already cooked, so there is no need to cook the prawns further. Exposure to high heat will affect the texture negatively. Defrost them in the fridge for a few hours, pat dry with paper towels and you will have a ready-to-eat product!
The prawns are best eaten cold on bread or in salads or stirred into warm food such as soups, rice, or pasta after being plated.
